Keys to a successful transaction

I am Tom Day. I began my real estate career in the highly competivie S. Florida market during the Great Financial Crisis. I'm dedicated to always be learning and staying ahead of trends in the marketplace. Most of my business comes from customer referrals because I look out for my customer's best interests before my own. Completing a real estate transaction is complicated. The most difficult part of a transaction often is after a contract is signed and before it closes. Unless a seller is well prepared, unforeseen circumstances  can cause a deal to be delayed or even fail altogether. This is were experience counts the most. I believe in getting the job done right through preparation and doing what it takes to keep a deal together and getting it closed.
